You deserve the help you are seeking. You can grow, change, and release painful ways of being in your life. You are ready to begin this journey of healing. Below are some of the different ways I can help you put your life on a new trajectory.
Individual Psychotherapy
Each individual who seeks therapy is on their own unique path. I provide a safe space for you to engage in an active dialogue with me about what is not working, what you want to change, and what barriers you feel like you are experiencing in your life. We will begin with an in-depth exploration of where the work is most needed, and work to stabilize immediate issues. However, in time the work will turn toward deep interpersonal processing and integration of unwanted parts of the self. I take a here-and-now approach with my patients, and help you to cultivate the kind of authentic person you have visualized for yourself.
Couples
Couples often come to me feeling stuck, angry, unseen, and frustrated with the person they want to love the most. I provide the safety and security each person in the partnership needs to explore and express their unmet needs in the relationship. I provide real-time feedback of what I observe happening between partners, and I offer new ways to engage with one another to help both individuals feel as if they are growing toward their relationship goals.
Triads, V’s, and more
I am a kink and poly affirmative therapist and invite any constellation of partnership into my therapy office. I understand with more people involved in the romantic entanglement, there are unique problems that can arise, and I invite your poly family into my space to explore and break any barriers in your relationships.
Tele-therapy
I understand that for people with physical limitations, people living in remote areas, or those who just have a busy lifestyle, coming into an office can be burdensome. I offer tele-therapy services through a secure website similar to Skype where we can still meet face-to-face. I offer tele-therapy to those living in the state of California and will consider working with people outside of California based on the state regulations.
